Innocent obtained his LL.B(hons) in 2007 - University of Dar es Salaam and LL.M (Taxation, 2014) - University of Dar es Salaam. He is among the founders of Lawfront Advocates.

Prior to that he has worked as legal officer for three years with Tax Revenue Appeals Board and Tax Revenue Appeals Tribunal. He had also worked with Rex Attorneys in the Tax & Arbitration department and then International Commercial Bank as Head of Legal & Company secretary responsible for loan recovery, drafting of all bank security documents and registration of the same. With all this unique experience which has been acquired from highly reputable institutions, he is the best Tax consultant, tax dispute resolution and Litigation, commercial arbitrator and best Advocate in banking and recovery.
He is a registered Arbitrator with Tanzania Institute of Arbitration and also a member of Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society. He had proved leadership experience and skills as he served as Chairman Banking and Finance Division, and Member of the executive committee-Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE) for two years.
Also he had appeared successfully in many serious labour disputes involving mass termination, organizational rights, collective bargaining, restructuring and employment standards both at CMA and High Court labour Division. He has handled more than 400 labour cases. He is also a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society
