Having worked with a specialized law firm in labour matters for years, then as head of legal affairs in Tanzania Mines, Energy and Construction Workers Union (TAMICO), then three years and six months with the Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE) as legal Services Manager. He was appointed by his excellence the President of the United Republic of Tanzania as Commissioner for the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration from September 2011 to September 2014.

Also he had appeared successfully in many serious labour disputes involving mass termination, normal termination, organizational rights, collective bargaining, restructuring and employment standards both at CMA, High Court labour Division and Court of Appeal. He has handled more than 700 labour cases. He is also a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society.
He has conducted number of Public and in-house seminars on Employment contracts, retrenchment,restructuring,disciplinary procedures, termination of employment, employment standards, organizational rights, collective bargaining Agreements (CBA) ,social security, work man compensation, work permits application for expatriates and other immigration issues, Practice and Procedures in representation in Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA) and High Court Labour Division .
